Great Home - Close to Everything

We enjoyed this home over Easter weekend. It is located in the historic Lincolnville area, which is within walking distance to many of the attractions/shopping and dining. The home was very clean and the space was laid out nicely. We hung out in the family room watching television and playing board games. The kitchen was well appointed for making breakfast/lunch. The bedrooms were perfect for our needs. The host was very responsive to any questions! The parking for more than one car is a little awkward, but we made it work. Would highly recommend this property!

The house was very clean and everything worked and was in good condition. The only real complaint was the lack of supplies. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper plus partial rolls left for six people. We only stayed 2 nights so we managed. ( owner responded right away and told us where extras were) There was no bar soap for showering and no trash bags for the kitchen trash can, so just be sure to bring your own. Other than that, everything was ok. The owner was quick to respond to our complaint of the lack of supplies and the house was immaculate. An added bonus was the cargo elevator to bring your stuff up to the second floor which is where the living room and kitchen and 2 bedrooms are located.

Beautiful rental property in a convenient part of the city

We enjoyed staying at this adorable house during our time in St. Augustine. The home was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a nice walk to downtown without dealing with traffic. Definitely would love to stay here in the future.
