For example, our front window was broken and taped together with packing tape, there were no window coverings in the bedrooms and we had to block the morning sun with lines of pillows or be woken up at 645am, the spout on the coffee pot was broken, we were given one hand towel for 2.5 bathrooms, we were only given one coffee for a 3 night stay, comforters had random brown stains on them, though they provided cornhole, there were not enough beanbags, the bikes had rusted chains and flat tires (though they allowed us to borrow bikes from their next house), there was someone else’s dog poop in the back yard which was filled with weeds and anthills…. It was close to everything we were interested in. The area was peaceful and we’d love to return in the future. The place is spacious, the owners were fantastic and I could easily walk/bike right into downtown St Augustine. Only improvement I’d recommend is to the wifi which was very slow.
