The second floor includes three well-furnished bedrooms and three full baths. The primary suite offers a king bed, cable TV, large closet, en-suite bath, and private porch seating. A queen bedroom with a smart TV shares a hallway bath, while a twin daybed room includes a private bathroom, perfect for kids or solo guests.

Kid-Friendly Ground Floor Fun
The lower level is designed for families with a fun bunk room featuring two bunk beds and trundles (six total beds), a foosball table, and direct patio access with an outdoor shower. A kitchenette with sink, coffee maker, beach towels, and games makes this level perfect for younger guests. A fifth bedroom with a queen bed and shared full bathroom completes the space.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
