Indoor spaces
Spread across three levels and connected by an elevator, the home balances coastal charm with modern amenities. The top floor features an open-concept living and dining area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker. This level also offers a powder room and direct access to the porch, creating a natural flow for group gatherings.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide both privacy and flexibility. The primary suite includes a king bed, private bath, and porch access for quiet mornings outdoors. Additional rooms feature queen beds, a twin daybed with trundle, and a colorful bunk room with six beds that kids will love. The ground floor also includes a kitchenette for added convenience, making it easy to grab a quick snack or drink without leaving the action.

Entertainment and amenities
This home is built with relaxation and fun in mind. The game room offers foosball and ping pong, while the living spaces include Wi-Fi, cable TV, and comfortable seating for movie nights. Laundry facilities are available on site, and the home is pet-friendly with approval, so every member of the family can join the trip.

-No parking in the garage. Parking in driveway Only, 3 cars maximum dependent on size. No street parking (ticket & tow area).
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
