Located in Boys Work Subdivision of Crescent Beach which was platted in 1900 with 75 lots directly access to both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway (Matanzas River) . 3rd floor unit (has elevator) with large rectangular balcony overlooking ocean to the east and large picture windows overlooking the Matanzas River to the west. On property gated entry, covered garage,, swimming pool, tennis court, fishing dock on ICW and private beach ramp access. We purchased this beautiful condo from our relative who had not rented it so they added lots of upgrades in floors, furnishings, artwork, baths, kitchens and items not normally seen in a rental unit. We have also upgraded in 2022 to a complete interior painting of condo, new mattresses in both master and guest bedrooms, hurricane impact vinyl windows and sliding doors , new front door and hardware and Larson hideascreen storm door as well as room darkening fabric blinds on both oceanfront sliding doors. Large sectional high quality leather couch in living room with teak entertainment center with 55 inch Samsung 4K Smart television. Bose stereo, ATTFiber Optic Wireless internet and Direct Tv cable, streaming and DVR, password protected wifi an as well as local and long distance phone service to US and Canada. Hardwood floors throughout the condo except in bedrooms where high quality carpet and tile as well as high quality room darkening window blinds and hurricane shutters. Kitchen has the latest appliances with large double door refrigerator/icemaker, induction range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal. Kitchen equipped with all small appliances and everything you need to make a gourmet meal if you so desire including dishware, serving pieces, wine glasses, etc. and has several pantries for storage. All mattresses and pillows have fully enclosed zippered protectors for protection from bed bugs, liquids, etc. Master has king size bed with BeautyRest Plush PressureSmart mattress ,32 inch Samsung Smart TV new upholstered recliner, c table and reading lamp and lots of storage in armoire, end tables and dresser with mirror and is carpeted and tiled throughout with private double bath vanity, lavatory and tiled shower with etched glass shower doors and large walk in closet. Guest bedroom has windows overlooking intracoastal waterway , twin beds with Simmons’s Beauty Rest mattress sets, closet, dresser, nightstand full length mirror and door to guest bath with has beautiful tiled shower with handheld shower head (great for kids and handicapped )and lavatory with etched glass shower doors and access door to condo common area. Dining area has beautiful chandelier and large glass table with six chairs with window overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Large rectangular patio directly on Crescent Beach has quality patio furniture and can be accessed from sliding doors from living room or master bedroom. Parking in covered garage and storage unit access with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. for guest use. The check in was extremely easy and the communication with the owners was A+! We hated to leave. This has nothing to do with the overall rating but we had an individual in a wheelchair. This place truly was a gem. From the furniture to the flatware to the dishes to the towels and linens (etc.) - it was like staying "at home". Very comfortable, very clean. And Libby and I communicated very well. From getting her opinion to notifying us the condo was available early and providing explicit instructions on arrival and departure details. (I could not decide which was front or back). Sunrise on the Atlantic Ocean, and sunset on the Mantanzas River are each breathtaking. This nice 2 BR condo is perfectly furnished, as well as decorated. Within a 30 minute drive, you can to Hastings to the County Line produce for the best fresh vegetables right out of the garden, shop at Premium Outletts, see multiple tourist attractions in St. Augustine, and dine at a multitude of restaurants. The owners are very gracious and available to answer any questions. They also have another unit on the same floor that is larger for bigger families. ##### Lavada W. We loved the water views from the front and the ocean views from the back balcony and bedroom. The place is very clean and nicely set up. We were able to cook our meals when we were in the condo, and enjoyed area restaurants too. Of Course, this beach property is not far from downtown St Augustine and lots of shopping and restaurants. While we were comfortable mostly, I do think the mattresses could use and upgrade. The primary bedroom mattress was very worn out, and a bit unsupported. My adult children slept in front bedroom in the twin beds. The room is quite bright from the lights in the hallway and the exit sign by the stairs. I would recommend room darkening curtains for the front bedroom. Overall, we had a very good stay at the beach. The beach is gorgeous, the pool was great to have, and it was nice to park in the garage. Thanks for a great week. ##### Christine G.
