Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances including stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, and dining table. Cook or dine with ease using provided cookware and utensils. There is no oven in this kitchen.

Getting Around:

The nearest international airport is Jacksonville International Airport (JAX), about 45 miles away. Driving time varies with traffic. Free street parking is available onsite. Public transit options are within a short drive, connecting you to local attractions and downtown. Ubers are abundant for easy travel around the area.



Other Things to Note:

Mid-stay maintenance checks will be done every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note that this is mandatory.

- Please shower before entering pool to remove excess dirt, oils, tanning lotions, products, etc.

- Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third party to verify their identity and check criminal databases to confirm their reservation. The property manager can provide complete terms regarding the guest verification. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

- The pool is for your exclusive use during your stay.

- This is a detached guest house—please note that the owner resides in the main house.

- There are outdoor security cameras installed for safety and monitoring purposes.

- You’ll be staying on the lower level of the guest house. The upstairs apartment is not occupied during your visit.

- The pool is cleaned weekly, but since it’s uncovered, it may collect leaves or debris in between cleanings. It’s still perfectly fine to swim in—just don’t expect it to be spotless at all times.

- No more than 2 cars are allowed.

- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.

- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.

- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 USD fine.

- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.

- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests staying 30 nights or longer will receive a complimentary mid-stay maintenance check to help ensure everything is in good working order. This service is provided at no additional cost. We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.

- Pets or any kind of animal are not allowed.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.

- Please avoid moving furniture.
