Contemporary comforts at this historic home are plentiful, including a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and an awesome back deck for grilling, dining, and entertaining.

LIVING AREA

Exposed hardwood floors flow throughout an open sitting area, furnished with a leather armchair and a queen leather sleeper sofa. Kick back with a book, or catch a movie on the 44” TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up crowd-pleasing meals in an open kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There’s lots of space to stash groceries in the roomy French-door fridge, and a Keurig machine awaits for morning coffee.

The kitchen bar seats two, and another three can sit around the dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

A master bedroom with unique penny flooring has a king bed, a double door closet, and a 32' TV. In the second bedroom, guests have a queen bed, a 37” TV, and a double door closet. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Spend sunny mornings on your large 400-square-foot back deck, featuring a picnic bench and cushioned chairs. Fire up the grill for an afternoon barbeque. A patio area below the deck offers more seating. Turn on the Edison-style string lights to set the mood for evening conversations.

The front porch offers another relaxed spot to unwind, with a cute porch swing, additional seating for three, and a bistro table to play cards and perch drinks.

Quick Trip

Perfect location for St Augustine downtown and the beach. Walkable to St Augustine for the Fourth of July firework show. Had a great time.

Great Stay - Great Location

Property clean and easy to find. Older home with additions added over the years but completely functional for our needs. The rear deck is really a great feature but as others report the cushions for the furniture was rather dirty and rain soaked. I had to drain out the cushions and sweep up the tree debris prior to use, not a big deal but its a shame there's no way to cover the furniture to keep it ready for use. The bedroom with the queen bed has its own bath and exit door to the deck. We enjoyed playing with the pup in the backyard and walking over to the lighthouse. Ate at the Gypsy Cad right out front of the house. We biked from the house to the amp - easy quick ride - just remember headlight and taillights !!! Would definitely rent again

St Augustine Gem!

Beautiful 2BR home in great location with great restaurants and the lighthouse within walking distance. Short walk to downtown and a great music venue The Amp. Will definitely book this home again. As a side note, I am a St Augustine native and visit SA 6-8 times a year. This home is a real gem.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was exactly how we membered it from last year. Location is awesome and we love that the neighborhood is so quiet. The home was very clean when we entered. Backyard is beautiful and our dog enjoyed it very much. Property Manager was very easy to reach and was extremely helpful and accommodating. We definitely will come back next year.

Perfect place to stay in St. Augustine!

We loved our stay! The house is so spacious, and they thought of everything! 5 people stayed very comfortable there for our son’s graduation from Flagler College. Very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Close to downtown but not as congested. It’s steps from the best deli in St. Augustine, Kaiser’s! We will definitely be back!

Great house and location, poor management

Great house in a cute location but bottom line; this house is run by a predatory property management company, Vacasa. I recommend not booking their properties. You have to sign a lengthy rental agreement, they take over 24 hours to respond, and will automatically pull money from your bank for any tricky extra charges. They had no flexibility like a personalized host would. It really tarnished what could have been a great long weekend away.

New year weekend

Issues with the tv and not any paperwork to explain,description of property said sat/cable tv it was Roku only for movie streaming. No Kuerig coffee maker as described and had to run out for coffee after dark. Refurbished shower extremely slippery and master bed frame sticks out and is a toe stubber other than spending time out I waited over 5 hours to find out there was not a better choice for tv. I don’t consider Roku proper rental property tv. I left a day early, but it appears Vacasa has refunded that night, so I am grateful for that. Everyone at vacasa was very nice, but I think owners falsely represented the described amenities. Should be looked into

The house is adequate but very dark inside. You must have lights on most of the day. The sofa is stained and outdoor back area was unusable because it has not been cleaned at all. The cushions on the outdoor furniture were filthy with dog prints and dirt. The pots and decking are also unattended to as well. However, the problem we had was walking up the front steps onto the porch to get inside the home. The steps are not code and much too high to maneuver without a railing in place. My husband tripped going up the stairs and cut his leg open. Beware, if you are traveling with young or old ones! Otherwise the neighborhood was very cute and close to St .Augustine. The Night Lights were great.

First Stay in St Augustine!

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! Property was amazing! We absolutely loved it! We felt welcomed the moment we walked in. It was beautiful and super clean. The neighborhood was exactly what we were looking for. Management checked on us several times, they were super nice and helpful. We definitely will stay again whenever we visit St Augustine.

Great Location

Perfect for what we used it for

This was a weekend stopover place for my husband and I on the way to the FL Keys. I was able to cook easily in the kitchen. We used to backyard for some yard games. It was a perfect location for us to do a few things while in the area. The only issue we had was the pub across the street kept us from sleeping some over the weekend nights. It was just the two of us so we could have used the other bedroom and I don’t think the noise would have been an issue. Overall, if I ever needed a stopover place in that area, I would stay again.

Thanksgiving Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this Lighthouse Park property. The property was as described, very nicely furnished and decorated. It was very clean upon our arrival. It is within walking distance to the lighthouse and bicycle distance to Anastasia State Park (beach) and downtown St. Augustine. Overall it was a very positive stay. I will say that there are a few things that could easly be improved. We had difficulty accessing the property initially as the code provided did not work. Eventually we were given a code to a lock box and key access. Additionally the internet access we were provided did not work but this was also corrected by the host. The host was very responsive to our issues. There was no book that described the property and gave instructions for such things as internet and tv access nor was there any guide to local restaurants or attractions. These are things we commonly find in other rentals. Also there were no coffee filters nor spices such as salt and pepper also commonly found in other rentals. That said we would certainly consider returning to this property as we had a great time in the area and this is a very convenient location.

This house was great! Everything is new and nice and was very clean when we showed up. The back deck is great. Beds and linens were nice. Fast WiFI and a TV in every room. Only note is that there is no dining table, so we ate around the kitchen island, which is what we would've done anyway. just fyi.

Amazing backyard

We loved this house and its incredible backyard. It was a bit of a drive over the bridge because of traffic, but the house was incredible and it was near St Augustine beaches. We spent most of our time relaxing outside. Thank you!

My daughter and I stayed at this lovely two bedroom cottage and was exactly as portrayed and pictured. Spent time on porch swing a d walking around neighborhood. Quick drive over the bridge to all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Our Fave in St. Augustine

This is our second time staying at this bungalow. We love the coziness of the house and the backyard for our fur companions that travel with us. Home is close to traveling to the Beach, Lighthouse, Old Town St. Augustine, and Anastasia Island Park is nearby. This unit is small - so this caters more to people who are gonna eat out, however, the kitchen offers a multitude of cooking options if you chose to cook there. We will be back again.
