Master has a 47" Roku Smart TV. The large master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed and a twin. You will love the large walk in closet with extra blankets and linens, porta crib, iron and ironing board, child’s bean bag chair stored in closet. Master bedroom has a private full bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom is very colorful with beachy surfer decor and has a queen bed and a twin. This bedroom has a Roku TV. Split plan for your privacy. 2nd bathroom next to the 2nd bedroom. Just look at my pictures and you will see how comfortable and cheerful this home is. Quality beach towels and bath towels provided in the linen closet.
The fully stocked kitchen has all the appliances you will need and very accommodating. All remodeled kitchen with beautiful quartz counter tops installed. Kitchenaid stainless refrigerator and kitchenaid stainless dishwasher and beautiful stainless double oven.

Bring your boat if you wish and dock it on the 10x20 floating dock. There are two boat ramps within a mile. There are two single kayaks ready for you with paddles and life jackets. Maybe a ride to the beach on the beach bikes sounds better. Just have fun and do it all! Ride the bikes or walk to the beach which is 10 minute walk. Beach wagon in garage, if you choose to walk to the beach. This area has special designated beach access walkway or choose the Crescent Beach Park where there is a drive on beach access (4x4 advised), restaurant (dog friendly),pavillions and showers. Also, a large parking area if you choose not to drive on the beach. I have included a map and a booklet with favorite places and restaurants for you.
Heated inground pool looks beautiful! I designed the first step to be very large and about one foot deep to use as a kiddie pool or area to sunbathe. The deck around the pool is huge and has beautiful pavers. You will enjoy the view of the waterway while relaxing in the large hot tub.

You have the best of both worlds. The intracoastal waterway to go boating or kayaking and the beach access to enjoy the ocean waves, sunbathing, swimming, and the view. The Historic District is only about 15 minutes north of here by car. Restaurants and shopping close by. My favorite beach is about 1/2 mile south of my home with plenty of parking, pavilions, and rest rooms. If you decide to go boating or kayaking I ride south to the Matanzas Inlet. It is a great place to park your boat/kayak and enjoy floating in the calm waters on a raft and sunbath. You may like to fish from the shoreline. Also, this is a perfect beach to bring your dog.
