Southwest Ranches : location guest houses et maisons d'hôte

« Friendly hosts »

« What place was inundated with ants and there was no hot water and using the touchpad was very precarious. I had zero interaction with the owner/manager either positive or negative. The neighborhood felt dangerous and uncomfortable, and my neighbors across the hall were so loud I couldn’t sleep. »

« Je ne peux comprendre que cet établissement soit côté positif. Il s'agit d'un taudis dans un quartier malfamé. Je déconseille a tous de s'y rendre. »

« La chambre est négligée. Le confort inexistant et l'endroit est en décripitude. Les informations transmises pour accéder à la chambre étaient toutefois correctes. »

« The localization is ok not far from a bus stop bus a lot of insecurity, the house is not well maintained, my room was small no outlets near the bed, I found 2 cockroach flying under the bed, the bed was clean, the wall and ceiling was in bad shape and the ac make a lot of noise. The kitchen was not so good but because of the people renting there, bathroom was ok. If you need to stay 1/2 nights before taking a flight it’s ok if more you should seek another »

« There is a roach problem I couldn’t even shower or use the bathroom »

« Everything was great clean room and place is nearby everything. The only issue I had was that we found a couple bees in our room. I believe this only happened in our room but my other person that was staying with me is highly allergic so this was an issue for us. Maybe it could’ve been from the front door being left open or something but just a little PSA. »

« There were no toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) when we arrived, though we did contact them and it was quickly resolved. During the booking process we received an email from them to sign an rental agreement and to say that the original payment didn't go through. I thought this strange but paid them again. It wasn't until I checked the Visa Bill, did I realize we had been charged twice. After contacting them, it was eventually resolved and we got most of our money back minus fees. We...
