Unfortunately the person doesn’t have the common courtesy to give us a refund. Parking is very limited. Someone was knocking on every door at 5am because they were blocked in. Bed was not comfortable and noisy. Someone used our code to open the door at 9:30 pm as we were getting for bed. No apology from him. No secondary lock inside room so my wife was terrified the rest of the night. Half our food was not able to be eaten and just went to waste. The guy kicks us out of the so called ‘air bnb’ after one night. Both bathrooms were occupied, which is apparently enough inconvenience to kick us out. They cancelled my reservation right in the middle of my way there, and they actually did it after I asked about the instructions to get in the room, for the record they said they would issue a refund that would take 24-48hrs and they never did it I had to contact an agent on the app to make the process of refund and wait 15 days to get my money back and find another place to sleep that was way more expensive cause it was in the last minute of the day, they ruined the peace of the travel for my boyfriend and I, we had to change the plan that we did for a week, we trusted this hotel and we got disappointed. I understand sometimes there are things out of control for everybody but this time was just terrible service and communication, they had to tell me I had to do my own process with the refund and they had to let me know what was going on with the hotel BEFORE I ask them.
