« The villa worked well for our young family. It was a great size and having 2 bathrooms was a plus. The location of the villa was in a nice spot set amongst the bushland. Kids loved walking over the nearby foot bridge. Even though we were close to Caves Rd it sure didn’t feel like it. Being on caves road worked well for us as the villa was situated between yallingup and Dunsborough making it an easy drive to most attractions. There was also a foot path to Dunsborough town. « A quick trip down to Albany( with the dog) to see family. Great location, right next to the dog beach and an opportunity for walking to Emu Point or Middleton Beach. House fantastic, very comfortable and cozy. »

« Richards property ticked every box for us. The location was ideal, walking distance to Dunsborough town center. Communication with Richard was great, very easy. »

« Lots of light, lovely unit with comfortable furniture we really enjoyed staying in. Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit. »

« The Edge Luxury Villas is no less than self-explanatory. The villas are packed to the brim with all the latest appliances, stunning decor and a gorgeous view from every angle. I had no faults with our stay. The huge bathtub overlooks the water, accompanied by the lush local soaps. Only fault I can think of was that there were no spatulas to flip our eggs, but that would be the most pettiest 1st world problem one could come up with. We are planning to book again next year for our anniversary...

« Check in was super easy with a friendly welcome and lots of helpful information about the local area. The unit is lovely, very large and clean, and perfect for self catering. We especially loved the close proximity to the golf course and beachside walking path. This was a perfect Albany holiday stay. »
