Villa Abate with magnificent sea view

Villa Abate is a lovely property ideal for a family who would like to spend a relaxing holiday in Sorrento. The villa is located half way between Sorrento and Sant’ Agata sui due Golfi, a top hill village overlooking Sorrento where in the hot summer you can enjoy a refreshing evening breeze.
Villa Abate lies on three different levels: Ground Floor : here you find a single bedroom with a bathroom with shower. First floor : on the first floor there is a very large living room with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Naples, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, each one with its own bathroom with shower. Second Floor : this is the top floor of Villa Abate and it is simply the seat of the roof terrace equipped with sunloungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs where you can enjoy an aperitif or a barbecue overlooking the sea and the volcano. A large shared pool is available for our guests. ( Pool is open from 15.06 to 15.09) All bedrooms have air conditioning and a car park for one car only is available as well.

A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation. The final balance is due within 30 days prior to the arrival date.

Beautiful accommodation with amazing views

We had a wonderful week here. The accommodation is superb and the views breathtaking. It's a 30-40 min walk down to Sorrento (we usually got a taxi or bus back up) and it was actually really nice to stay somewhere quiet away from the bustle of the town, lovely as Sorrento is.

Loved our stay!

Incredible view in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to bus transportation. The hosts operate like concierge service with boat tours of Capri and other towns, restaurant reservations with some wonderful restaurants and overall suggestions of your stay on Sorrento. Extremely responsive to all questions before and during your stay.

Wonderful view, great place to visit the area

A wonderful view we enjoyed every morning and evening with great time spent in the villa and in the area. Max was awesome giving us great welcome and advice. Good wifi, equipment and overall quality and lots of space and a place to park our car. The pool is shared and open 10am to 6pm but that was enough for us to enjoy. Great place to enjoy some quiet nights or morning while also enjoying the very busy area of Positano, Sorrento or Naples. Traffic was ok to go around for visits and drive back (in August).

Stunning!

The property was spotless. It is a little out of the core of Sorrento but about a half an hour walk into the city. The views of the Bay of Napoli are breathtaking. This was my favorite place that I have stayed out of my four trips to Italy. Massimo was our contact for the stay. He is absolutely wonderful. He is full of great recommendations, very responsive, and super helpful. He made a magical stay even better.

Wonderful Views

Property has stunning views from the balcony and sun terrace. There is a bus stop one minute walk away however the SITA buses are not too reliable. A twenty five minute walk into Sorrento is manageable, bus back . Property was clean and well equipped, issues with plumbing ( shower not draining, toilet constantly filling) were quickly resolved. Washing machine died ( replaced) and toilet door came off sliders. We spent all time at the villa outdoors such is the view. The host suggested some restaurants which we visited. Il Nido a ten minute walk away was excellent. Host also arranged an Amalfi Tour which was worth it but a bit busy in Amalfi in particular. We visited Pompeii and would highly recommend

Amazing view!!

Manuel was most accommodating, quick to respond to a house keeping item and got it looked after immediately. He even surprised us with some groceries to stay the first night. The drive was worth it when you experience the view!! Sorrento was a beautiful town, as well as Positano and Amalfi.

Spectacular view of Mt. Vesuvius

Beautiful place with a spectacular view of Mt. Vesuvius! Described accurately. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with our contact person Manuel could not have been better. Manuel was available at all times and would respond in no time. Well spoken, respectful and knowledgeable. Very happy. Will come back for sure.
