This would be a 9 or even 10 out of 10 if it had air conditioning because it does get very hot and you simply cannot be in the room during the day with the portable fan the room has. We went in the summer so this will be a non-issue in the winter. A kitchenette would also be nice to have. This property is almost brand new, clean, centrally located close to the beach, skiing (diamond peak ski resort), with filtered lake views, south facing with plenty of sun during the day. It has a carport and even tesla charging port (even we didn’t need to use it). Kitchen is well equipped. Radiant floor heating was very comfortable. Great value, great location !"
