« We spent a long weekend venturing around the area and staying at this lovely property! I was surprised when pulling up that neighboring houses were not too far away but there was not much going on around us or noise to be heard. The property was large, the water close by (but not dangerously so,) and the space was gorgeous and relaxing. It was a perfect place for our family with young kiddos (ages 6-8) Exactly as described and as the pictures show! »

« The place is great. Clean, modern, with great amenities inside and outside. The beds were comfortable and the place has a huge yard, a fire pit, a nice deck, and an easy path to the water. Emporium is charming and the surrounding area is absolutely beautiful. I'll stay again if my work or life brings me back. »

« The house was great, even in 90 degree weather with no a/c, fans blowing in the cooler air from the stream kept the house very comfortable. You can see plenty of stars from the property, so we were able to sit by the fire and stargaze intead if freezing our toes off at cherry springs. The mattresses were fantastic, which is not always the case in vacation rentals. The only feedback I have is the water softener maybe? « 15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. What a fabulous home, plenty of room(s) to sleep, gather or separate yourself to read, take a nap, watch TV or get some work in. The property is beautiful, we explored it on foot and with 4 wheelers.
