Beautiful 4bd Mini-Farm Stay in Simi Valley with Hot Tub

Charming single-story home with a mini farm and jacuzzi spa in the backyard. The house itself has four bedrooms, one full bathroom, one half bathroom, and has recently been renovated. The kitchen is stocked with all the items necessary to make a delicious backyard farm to table inspired meal for you and your family or friends. Enjoy the warm southern California weather in the lush and beautiful backyard farm, complete with your very own robust vegetable, herb and fruit garden (weekly maintenance included). There is also an outdoor living space to enjoy a warm mug of Colombian coffee in the morning or a fine glass of Napa wine in the evening. The year round food production happens in abundance here at the farm house and you are welcome to help yourself to whatever is available fresh at the time for your meals. We have pre-harvested some produce before your stay which you are welcome to use. Or you can head out to the garden and pick fresh herbs, fruits and veggies day-of; nothing taste better than the freshest produce grown right at your fingertips! The jacuzzi in the backyard is available to use year-round and weekly maintenance is included. Connect to the jacuzzi speaker system using Bluetooth so you can listen to music, take calls, or hear an Audio book while outside taking a soak or enjoying a meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table. This home truly provides the perfect setting to unwind and get grounded after a long-day and we know your time here will provide lasting happy memories.

Reunion Get-together
We were in town for a wedding, so we got a place for our friends to get together and have a space to reunite. It was perfect. The living room and backyard were great hangout spots. The hot tub was amazing, since it cooled down at night. The beds were comfy and the TVs were huge. I'd definitely look to book this place next time we're in town.

Perfect Location
Our group of 6 (three adults and three teens) enjoyed our stay at the farmhouse. We were in town for an equestrian event and the home provided a perfect base. The light and fan switches are all marked which was very helpful. We loved that each room had a ceiling fan and the air condition worked perfectly. We were able to do laundry, make our meals and sleep well. The bedrooms are neat and efficient. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking tools and dishes, clean, and well labeled. We hope to stay again when our horses next bring us to the area.

All in all the stay was good. A few suggestions: cleaning company spend a better time on totaling cleaning. Floors, counters and general cleaning. Spay for bugs lots of spiders some even in the main bed. Great local spot and I know when your done with the minor renovations it will be great! Little pricey for the current amenities and local and look!

Nice home in Simi!
The 4 bedroom house was a perfect size for our family. There were 2 bathrooms, but only 1 had a shower/bath. So for a big group, you'd need to check your shower times if you need to be somewhere. We were in Simi for a wedding. But it all worked out. Nice jacuzzi in the backyard which we used and had a good time. Great living room space with a cool square sofa that's like a giant bed that all of us could fit in and watched a movie one night and did karaoke the next night. good times. Great kitchen area. The neighborhood is average.

Fabulous!
My family loved staying at this cozy home. We arrived in the night and the home was easy to find and access. Very spacious and clean! In the daylight we were able to explore the backyard and all the gardens they have! Just sitting out on the porch was so peaceful! It’s so close to shopping and a large park. Owners were very attentive and responded quickly. We actually stayed an extra night! Beautiful home!

Our family of eight spent four days at this lovely property just before Christmas. It was spacious and very comfortable in a quiet suburban neighborhood. The host was a great communicator and answered all of our questions quickly both before arrival and during our stay. The property description was accurate and the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything to cook a meal or bake a treat. We even enjoyed some squash from the garden! We took a trip to the beach, spent a day at Six Flags Magic Mountain, and hiked in the Santa Susana Pass State Park. The jacuzzi was a nice relaxing experience, and we enjoyed family time in the large living area. We definitely would stay here again!
