This is a brand new house built in 2024 that has 3 bedrooms including 2 king beds and 2 queen beds (one queen is a murphy bed in the loft). This cozy retreat offers a tremendous open living room with 2 story views of Kendall mountain and the Animas river. Enjoy the convenience of walking into downtown Silverton, or skiing right from the house over to Kendall mountain recreational area. The property was beautiful, quiet, with amazing views. It was in perfect shape as having just been built. Couldn’t beat the view of the mountains and the river right out the back door. The house is super well kept. The beds were super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. The house is exceptionally clean and comfortable. Both inside and out will give you great views of the San Juan mountains. Its a quick 5 minute walk to town as well. ##### Alex M.
