Welcome to Sand Castle Suites, A three unit condominium building located just a few hundred feet from the world famous Siesta Key Beach! Restaurants, shops, and nightlife is also just a short ride on the islands free trolly to Siesta Key Village. Sand Castle Suites offers each of the three units with private patios with seating, BBQ grills, and beach gear.

Arrive at this first floor unit located in the rear of the building offering 700 sq. ft. of modern coastal themed living. Entering through the front door you step into the kitchen and dining area of this open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. The dining area is furnished with a leafed dining set able to expand and accommodate 4. Moving towards the rear of the unit you come into the living room area furnished with ample comfortable seating, equipped with flat screen HD TV with access to your favorite streaming services, and a sleeper sofa. There is a private patio accessed through the sliding glass door in the living area with an outdoor dining table, chaise lounge and a gas bbq grill.

Back inside the master suite is furnished with a king-size bedroom set, Casper Mattress, and stall shower in the en suite bathroom. Casper Original mattresses feature special 4D sleep technology with breathable foam that will truly give you the best sleep possible during your trip! Unit also offers access to washer & dryer in a communal beach closet in the rear of the building.

Great location
Great spot for my husband and I. Super convenient location wise. Quick walk to the beach and only about a 10 minute walk to town. Comfortable bed. Super responsive property management system for an issue that was promptly addressed. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect little spot- close to beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the B condo unit on this property. The condo is updated and clean. Plenty of space for 1 to 4 people. Private patio and grill was used and appreciated. Spent one whole day just enjoying ourselves on the patio. All the beachy things you need, were included; beach towels, chairs, umbrella, wagon to haul it all down there and a small cooler for essential drinks and snacks. Walking distance to Siesta Beach, maybe 10 minutes. Very easy. We like to grocery shop and cook while on vacation, along with eating out periodically. This location is .7 miles from a great group of restaurants, coffee, ice cream, winery and shops. Loved that. As far as kitchen needs at the condo, it could use one big stockpot to boil a large batch of noodles, everything else provided was perfect. It was our first time to the area, and will be making plans to return next March.

Everything about this villa is just perfect Super clean, well stocked kitchen Great location, unfortunately when we were there is was extremely cold, but normally could walk to beach and all restaurants Bed super comfortable, shower, bathroom vanities are all new and just so nice Also lots of storage for everything Great communication with owner Will for sure return next year! Fuimos con mi mujer, todo muy bien, las fotos de la publicación son reales a lo que es la propiedad. Buen WI FI, y sillas de playa, sombrillas y carrito para llevar todo a disposición. La ubicación es muy buena, solo dos cuadras de la playa. Volveriamos sin dudarlo

The unit was very clean and well taken care of. You can tell the building is a bit older, but they have renovated with new appliances and fixtures. Location was great with easy walking to the beach and to restaurants/bars. Overall, a great stay for the price
