"The Inn’s accommodations & staff are the definition of hospitality done right. Perfect location - near the beach & short walk to The Village. Our Lookout unit had everything we could possibly need & a nice balcony sitting area. The pool area was beautiful. Also provided all the beach necessities (wagons, chairs, umbrellas, mats). Every single staff member was friendly & helpful. We greatly enjoyed our stay. "

"This is a great place to stay for a couple; the house is small but cozy. We really enjoyed our stay, and would consider staying here again. This is more like a 4.5 star rating. There were a few things that kept this from being a 5 star review: bathroom shower was incredibly small. Also the towel rack needed to be screwed in tighter, it was starting to come off the wall. Bathroom could also use a new paint job. The coffeemaker likely needs replacing..the inside of the reservoir looked pretty bad....

"This place is small Compared to the pictures. I had no issues with the place accept we had to leave two days early and couldn’t get a refund and the air conditioning filters had to be cleaned before we even turned it on. Other than that perfect location beach access is a 1 min walk it’s perfect."

The cottage was very nice, extremely clean (didn't see a single bug, which is rare in FL), and comfortable for the two of us. We made good use of the available beach chairs, umbrella, and bikes, and appreciated the outside shower to clean off after beach outings. Owner was very responsive. "This lovely cottage is in a perfect location. Siesta Key Crescent Beach and nearby shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The accommodation was very comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed. From the start of booking, our arrival and during our stay, the contact with/from our host John was excellent with immediate responses to our queries and local advice and suggestions forthcoming. We seriously hope we can come back again !"

"We had a great stay! Host messaged back quick for all our questions. The location was walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, donuts, icecream, 7-11 and more. The beach and pool walk were quite easy, private beach access was great and not over crowded. The beach towels, Tony bahama beach chairs and small lunch cooler at the place were great and got lots of use! The private front patio was also perfect to sit and enjoy the evening weather. "The location is outstanding - directly across from the public beach. House was well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Only issues were the mattresses in both bedrooms were too soft for our liking. A firmer mattress and the use of a box spring would have made definitely raised our rating. In addition, the internet was sporadic. A few times during the 14 days, the router would disconnect leaving us with internet or TV for 20-30 minutes at at time."
