We were a half hour away from most places we wanted to visit. There is a beach that is walking distance. A couple things to consider are it is on a very busy street. Fast moving traffic. Can be loud. I think there should be lighting where you are required to walk your dog. Once it is dark, you are out there in a field that is pitch dark. Also, the table and chairs on the little deck were absolutely terrible. Basically the seats were disintegrated. That should be replaced for the money you pay to stay there. It was clean, and and it slept six comfortably (though with only one bathroom, that was a bit of a challenge). The segmented couch is comfortable and could be configured into a bed. One improvement would be fixing the electrical sockets - some didn't work - and perhaps adding an additional official parking spot, since it's a large accommodation. However, the parking was in a large lot, so we were able to park up to 3 cars without any complaint from anyone.
