Clean and updated but needs minor things to make your stay better.

Very clean. Updated kitchen and bathroom. Beach is eroded but useable. Umbrellas are a nice amenity. The unit needs artwork. Also could use extension cords as outlets are not easily accessible.

Clean, beach is a short walk and not to many people. Grocery store, shopping, and restaurants are close and within walking distance.

Paradise

Location, location, location!!! Perfect beach, private but close to groceries and dining. Jeff, the caretaker there, went out of his way to get us a couple of umbrellas for the beach and checked to make sure our stay was going well. The unit is perfect for 3 adults or a family with small kids. Beds comfy and air conditioning worked very well. The beach is washed out some and if you want to walk the main 7 mile beach you need to go through the water in 3 spots. Never more than waist deep. We had no complaints and sincerely hope to return!

Best location!

We have been coming to Cayman for years. This location was perfect for my son and I. Easy to get around and close to everything. Only tricky thing is parking. Just renovated - very fresh and clean. Loved the screened in porch. Will stay here again!

Great location. Super clean. Friendly and helpful group who were very accommodating during our stay that included Hurricane Beryl. I will say that the bed upstairs is small for the listing of queen size bed. Other than that, the place was great.

Beautiful Island - disappointed accommodations for 4

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cayman Island is a must visit - the people are incredible and as beautiful as the Island. As for the accommodations, it was disappointing. The second bed was very uncomfortable, the indoor setting does not accommodate 4 people comfortable. There was little information (guide books) to make the trip helpful. We were not notified that stores would be closed on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and the 26th - this would have been a nice tip to be aware of and perhaps even a link to the local grocery store to delivery food. Thankfully we made a last minute stop at the grocery store. We ran out of toilet paper and were told we had to purchase this ourselves! Due to recent hotel construction you can no longer easily walk the beach - had to go up onto the road to the local public beach access so we could actually walk up 7 Mile Beach.

Within steps from the 7 mile beach, the complex has a small swimming pool and an comunal outdoor sitting area and barbecue. The villa itself was suitable for us, the main bedroom is big enough and the additional sleeping area upstairs has a double bed - a little cosy for 2 adults, but perfect for just one adult, or 2 children. Bathroom is a little small. The kitchen area is good if, like us, you don’t intend to do a lot of cooking. It’s a holiday after all. The large hob ring was not working, but as we didn’t cook much, it didn’t bother us. Camana Bay is within a 10-min walk, with several decent places to eat and drink. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

Fabulous Location!

This location is close to everything! You do not need to rent a car unless you want to explore the whole island. It also has a nice pool area and fabulous beach area with clear calm water! We would happily stay there again!
