The Space:
The Greaton House invites you to relax and recharge in a serene, vineyard setting. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom farmhouse retains its original character while offering all the modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
The living room, with its cozy seating and plenty of natural light, is perfect for unwinding after a day of wine tasting or exploring. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to prepare farm-to-table meals, complete with modern appliances and a vintage table that adds a touch of charm.
For fun, the game room features a full-sized shuffleboard. Head outside to the spacious front porch or the rooftop deck, where you can soak in panoramic vineyard views and enjoy the fresh Sonoma air. The Traeger pellet BBQ is ready for al fresco dining, making the outdoor space just as inviting as the indoors.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the entire home, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, and the fun-filled game room with shuffleboard. Outside, you’ll enjoy the spacious front porch, rooftop deck with vineyard views, and the backyard with a Traeger pellet BBQ for al fresco dining. The property is yours to enjoy throughout your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Walking distance to downtown Graton. This affluent neighborhood, sitting at the top of Graton, is surrounded by vineyards, apple orchards, and a school/park right across the street. The town’s laid-back vibe, local cafes, art galleries, and proximity to wineries make it a great spot for a wine country retreat. Sebastopol’s bustling Barlow district is just minutes away, offering a vibrant collection of restaurants, breweries, and boutiques. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the nearby hiking and biking trails, while the beautiful Sonoma Coast is only a short drive away for those looking to explore further.
Getting Around:
The Greaton House is ideally located for exploring the best of Sonoma County. It’s a short walk to downtown Graton, where you can enjoy charming shops, local wineries, and delightful eateries. Just a 10-minute drive away, you'll find The Barlow, a vibrant hub for wine tasting, craft breweries, and top-tier dining.
For outdoor enthusiasts, the West County Regional and Joe Rodota Trails are nearby, offering scenic walking and biking paths through the stunning wine country landscape. These trails provide beautiful views of vineyards and farmlands, perfect for a peaceful stroll or bike ride.

Other Things to Note:
We are delighted to welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs at our dog-friendly home. Please note that no other animals are allowed without specific host approval.
🐾Dogs should not be left alone at any time.
🐾Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
🐾We do charge a small pet fee to cover the cost of additional cleaning; however, this fee is not meant to cover any damage caused by guests' dogs. In the event of any damage, a separate charge will be applied to cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected items.

📌Parking notes: Parking is available for 3 vehicles (2 in the ungated gravel driveway and 1 in the gated gravel driveway)
📌To ensure a seamless check-in, all guests must complete a quick pre-check-in verification through our secure guest portal; a link will be sent after your booking is confirmed.
📌Please note that during the rainy season (typically October through March), outdoor furniture cushions are stored away to protect them from the elements and ensure they remain clean and dry. Consequently, outdoor seating may not be set up as pictured during these months.
