Take a break from your busy lifestyle and enjoy a peaceful retreat at this Sebastopol dream home in California Wine Country! Set on two fenced acres, this beautiful, single-story property features a wonderful yard with a private pool, pool spa, gas grill, and furnished patio.

Step through the front door and into an open, sunlit great room with a vaulted, exposed beam ceiling and walls of windows and doors welcoming in plenty of sunshine! Prepare anything from quick breakfasts to full-course dinners in the open, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and counter seating. Enjoy more formal dining at the adjacent table, or head outside, fire up the gas grill, and dine alfresco by the pool.

Back inside, this home's main living area offers comfortable seating options, a warming gas fireplace, and a TV for streaming your favorite channels.

This home also boasts a wraparound deck, an outdoor lounge area, and a Ping-Pong table for when you're craving a little friendly competition.

Enchanting Retreat in the Heart of Wine Country
Our recent stay at a Vacasa vacation home in Sebastopol, California, was a truly enchanting experience. The home, set in the scenic backdrop of California's wine country, seamlessly blends comfort with elegance. Its location is ideal, surrounded by the lush beauty of vineyards and rolling hills, yet conveniently close to the charming downtown Sebastopol. This proximity allowed us easy access to quaint shops and fine dining, not to mention the nearby wineries which were a highlight with their excellent selection of local wines. Our stay was not just a vacation, but an indulgence in tranquility and luxury, leaving us rejuvenated and eager to return.

Great place to enjoy grand parenting
It is the fourth year that we take all our grandchildren and give their parents a break. First in Santa Rosa, and this year in Sebastopol we found excellent property with enough space, and enough bathrooms (!!!) and great pool, and quite secluded location. Nothing could be better. Looking forward to next year.

Beautiful house and a great location.
We had a nice time here and it was a great location to hop around and see different areas. The house and pool (nice and warm) were lovely. My only complaint is that it was hot and I specifically search for rentals with AC, this home lists that it has air conditioning, it did not. We walked in to a hot house with 4 huge fans. I called and the management said, "It has AC, just turn it on" the thermostat was out of charge...I didn't even know that was a thing. We were told how to charge it, the next day we tried again and AC wasn't even an option on the dial. We called again and no response. I walked the whole perimeter and found no signs of an AC unit. Plus why would they have huge fans in every room if they had it...Not a deal breaker, it's a great place, they just need to remove AC from the listing. Oh, and half the plugs in the house don't work.

Nice family retreat
Good family house, great pool and hot tub, fire table and grill were fun for BBQ. Good sleeping accommodations. Communication with Vacasa is impersonal, responded with generic templates that didn't apply to the house at all. Note to property manager, the ladder for the bunk beds needs some maintenance. Overall good stay, would stay again.

House in Sonoma
Fantastic house with a huge living room, kitchen, and dining room. It was very well stocked - we had everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the fireplace. The location was great, just a few minutes from the town. I would definitely stay there again in the summer in that it has a lovely pool and great balcony.
