"After reading the reviews and seeing the rating, I wasn't expecting much. I wasn't disappointed. For me, the oceanfront location made up for what the facilities lacked in appearance. This place offers a great oceanfront view at a reasonable price, in comparison to other beachfront properties. This is not a place of luxury. You get decent accommodations (my bathroom was in need of a reno), at a decent price. Expect quiet during the week with a more noisy crowd on weekends. The staff was always helpful and I enjoyed my stay."

"Check in time ‘started’ at 4:00 pm; was not able to check in until 5:00 pm; however, we were able to go ahead and get a parking pass and go out to beach. A/C very noisy but was able to keep room at 70, but no lower. No cups or soap in room; bath room not very clean. Beach area was great. "

"They lied to me the first night and put me in the wrong room. They also surge priced the room I overpaid by double the room was disgusting and barely cleaned and the whole time I was there they never cleaned my room"

"This place looks nothing like the pictures online. Everything is completely run down, with mold and broken tiles in the shower. The faucet knobs were broken, and the shower wouldn't even turn off. The carpet appeared to be 30 years old—black and sticky to the touch. To make matters worse, the beds were hard as a rock, and the staff was unhelpful when we requested clean towels or a broom to sweep the room. "

"The beach access was amazing! The pool area and loungers were awesome and plenty of them. The rooms are outdated and it was VERY loud at night. Besides the noise being the biggest complaint, overall the resort is not bad. Would consider staying here again because the beach access and view was perfect!"

"Good stay. Rooms were clean and spacious, right on the beach, has a balcony. Loved the pool and hot tub The elevators need updating, they were just ply wood I side. The bathtub and sink drained slowly. They do charge 15 dollars for parking, lot included in Expedia cost "
