THE SPACE
This is a private bedroom suite with its own full bathroom on the main level of a 2-story custom home built in 2018, on a quiet, fully fenced lot in the Renton Highlands.

In the room you'll find:
- Queen bed with fresh linens and bedside lamps on both sides
- Leather armchair for reading or relaxing
- Dining table with seating for two
- Coffee station with a coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee, creamer, sugar, and salt and pepper
- Mugs, glasses, wine glasses, plates, bowls, and silverware
- Mini fridge and microwave
- Hardwood floors, heating, and air conditioning

Please note: there is no kitchen access. The coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave are great for breakfast, drinks, and warming up takeout.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have their own private entrance that leads directly into the suite, so there is no need to walk through the main house. Guests have the bedroom and the private full bathroom all to themselves. The kitchen and other common areas of the home are not included.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
- No kitchen access; an in-room mini fridge and microwave are provided.
- Maximum 2 guests.
- Please be respectful of quiet hours (10 PM - 7 AM).
- An exterior security camera is present outside the home.
- Parking: free street parking, with space always available for 1-2 cars.
