« My family and I absolutely enjoyed the place. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen items, pot and pans and basic cooking supplies. The house was bright and well decorated. We were anticipating issue with parking but to our surprise it was not hard to find street parking. The rooftop overlooking the beach was a nice touch. We really enjoyed everything here. « We picked this location for its potential view of the Space Needle. We didn't want to be in the thick of the crowds for New Year's Eve, but we wanted to still be able to view the fireworks fairly closely. This was the perfect location. We walked to Pike Place and the Space Needle; we enjoy being able to walk everywhere if we can. The host gave us a great tip for parking, and we managed to park free our entire stay since we arrived late Saturday, free parking after 8pm, free Sunday parking, and...

« Property was very clean and the checkin process smooth. Parking in this unit was challenging (as described on the vrbo site); we found good street parking in the adjacent neighborhood. Very close to the Universoty which was convenient. The beds were extremely comfortable. »

« Easy check in. Property owner was very responsive to my messages. She would follow up on our stay if we needed anything. Myself and my family love the house. Great for a family of eight with two floor separating each other. Would highly recommend and would rent again. « We enjoyed or stay in this house immensely. We went to the house first to see what type of household items we would need to purchase. To our great surprise, the house was stocked with everything we needed. The house is located on Lake Sammamish and central for our travels. Would definitely recommend and will stay again the next time we are visiting from Missouri. »

« While not right on the water, the view is lovely and it is a short walk to nearby parks on the water. SO nice to have 4 bedrooms... 3 of which have comfortable king sized beds, and one with double bed bunks. Nice. They also have a rollaway and two couches. « Convenient to Ballard area with lots of breweries within walking distance. Beautiful garden area oasis. Comfortable place that worked perfectly for our visit! We would stay again. »

« Such a cute little basement suite that we are so happy we stumbled on. We come up to seattle once a year to catch a Mariners game & this Vrbo is by far the best we’ve ever stayed in here. The access to your own beach & dock are really the best highlights. But you also can walk to the light rail station(about 17 min walk) & the local park w/a fun splash pad(2 min walk). We loved that a kayak and paddle board were available as well. The suite itself was clean and everything worked as it should....
