Located into the fascinating district of Santa Maria La Nova’s Church, in Scicli, the apartment is very close to the centre, a few steps from Piuazza Busacca and the main monuments of the town.  
It is 8 Km from the beaches of Donnalucata, 17 Km from Marina di Ragusa, 10 Km from Modica and 25 Km from Ragusa Ibla, pearls of the baroque style.  
  
The accommodation is on a hill, in a charming location overlooking the ancient district of Scicli.  
It offers a beautiful view over Santa Maria La Nova’s Church and the picturesque surrounding district.  
On three floors, it is made up of a living area, a kitchen, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.  
On the ground floor an elegant living room with TV, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and shower.  
The first floor is a double bedroom with balcony and charming panoramic view, with an en suite bathroom and shower.  
On the third floor there is a well-lit kitchen, equipped with hot plates, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher and television. The kitchen overlooks a furnished terrace with panoramic view.

Those people who want to stay near the centre, in a luxury apartment with panoramic view, in the district of Santa Maria La Nova, immersed into the typical Sicilian atmosphere of one of the most ancient areas of the town.A few steps from the main monuments, it is ideal for couples or families and allows to easily moving, also by walking, and reaching the other tourist places in the area.  
  
Scicli, Baroque pearl in the South-east of Sicily, was declared World heritage by UNESCO in 2002.  
A few kilometres from the beach of Donnalucata and Marina di Ragusa, it takes a short distance from Modica and Ragusa Ibla, baroque pearls of “Val di Noto”.  
It offers a smart historical centre rich in monuments, churches and eighteenth-century aristocratic buildings and welcomes many cultural gastronomic events and art exhibitions.  
The picturesque district of Santa Maria la Nova is the heart of the traditional religious celebrations, as the folk procession of “Gioia” (Easter Sunday), the Madonna delle Milizie’s Feast (last Sunday of May) and San Joseph’s Feast (19th March) .  
Its location allows to easily reach all the tourist places in the province of Ragusa, a territory where sea, sun, culture and a rich gastronomic tradition merge together.
