« Esta muy bien ubicado, te trasladan hacia la pista gratis y a la main street aunque caminando es muy cerca, lo único un poco incomodo es el estacionamiento con valet, aunque los chicos son super amables y muy serviciales, si es caro pero vale la pena si te gusta el confort, el hotel es super bonito y muy acogedor con su chimenea central; la recepcion muy rapida y amables todo el tiempo. « Hôtel de 10 chambres au pied des pentes de ski. Propre, calme et très bien entretenu. Deux jacuzzi disponibles à l’extérieur. Aires communes sympathiques. Monte charge pour les chambres du deuxième étage mais escalier nécessaire pour les chambres au troisième. Stationnement extérieur. Emplacement d’exception pour accès à la ville. »

« The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. »

« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. Sinon, notre séjour a été très agréable et le personnel est vraiment accommodant »

« We enjoyed our stay at the property and would stay again. It is in a great location with a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the Peak 9 lift. Parking is really easy in an underground structure. The gym was nice as were the hot tubs. Charter sports is located on the property but Christy’s is a 3 mins walk away as well. Ski and snowboard gear must be checked into the Charter Ski Valet regardless of where you rent from or even if you own your own skis. The front desk staff was excellent. The...

« Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel »
