Incredible location! Romantic oasis in the middle of the historic district. Walk to all the best restaurants, shopping and tourist destinations in downtown Savannah. Ideal for 2 people. This is the perfect home base for your visit to our beautiful city. Queen bed. Private bathroom. Full kitchen. Street parking. One flight of stairs is required. City of Savannah SVR-00703

​​​​​​​The apartment has a queen bed, a nice bathroom, a small equipped kitchen (has pots and pans, utensils, plates and glasses). Living room area with TV, bistro dinette set and a love seat.

This carriage house apartment is upstairs behind a gorgeous mansion that faces Bull Street. This is a quiet, romantic oasis in the midst of the busy city environment. Unlike most carriage houses the entrance is not in an alley, you come in a side gate off of Harris Street. A well known bookstore is part of this compound.

Other things to note

Parking is on-street and spots are typically easy to find at this location. Metered/numbered spots can be handled by either downloading the ParkSavannah App or purchasing a 'Visitors Parking Day Pass' available to cover all day/night parking for travelers. The pass can be purchased from the Visitors Center on MLK, the Parking Services office on Bryan St. There is always somewhere to park.

Quaint setting
The facilities were very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Close enough to all what's happening in downtown Savanna. Felt safe walking around everywhere. Great accommodations for two people. The double size bed was comfortable. My disappointment, though, was due to the arrival of Hurricane Debby and our need to get back to Florida prior to landfall we had to leave one day early. Notified the Savanna Luxury host of our dilemma and she replied would check us out a day early but would not offer any credit.

Cute apartment in the middle of everything!
My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days. She will be attending college here in the fall and we came to town for orientation. We loved the location and walked everywhere. We had enough space to spread out and not be on top of each other. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again! My only complaint was the WiFi. It wasn’t stable as I was working remotely and had to use my hotspot several times for work calls. Otherwise, I love this spot! Thank you!

Quaint carriage house apartment in the heart of it all
The location- Our apartment couldnt have been at a more perfect location; Madison square was just steps out of our door and everything was easily within walking distance in both directions- the hubbub of Broughton St, City Mkt, and the Riverfront in one direction and Forsyth Park in the other- and all of the squares. Cathedral just a block away. The parking process- We ended up finding a spot right in front of our apt to unload. We pd the $1 for the hr through the Park Savannah parking app which gave us time to unpack and settle in. My husband then moved the car down a couple of blocks to a garage where it stayed for the duration, except for the day we went to the island. We did pay about $100 for 3 days but it was well worth it to us. The apartment- The apt was very quaint, clean, nicely decorated.Small kitchenette with full-sized fridge, range/ oven, small coffee bar, dinnerware, and utensils provided.The space was ample for my husband and i. Had a nice sized closet space and a Chest of drawers for storing clothes. As some had mentioned, the space could be a little updated with a fresh coat of paint on baseboards, bathroom door, etc, but over all the apt was very clean. They have provided iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows, towels, washclothes, full-size shampoo and conditioner, hand soap, hairdryer, straight iron. Wish there was a box of kleenex- we ended up grabbing one at CVS which is close by. We would definitely stay here again

Adequate Lodging in a Convenient Location
The location of this unit is perfect if you want to wander the streets of Savannah's historic district and take in the beauty. It's centrally located, making all of the beautiful features of the district easy to access on foot. The unit itself was adequate. If you want to cook and eat in, this is not the location to choose. The kitchen is very small and not very well stocked (i.e. there were no water glasses and just one wine glass).

Weekend Getaway
My youngest and I wanted to get away for a weekend to get in the holiday spirit. We had such a nice 2 days in spite of the rain. This property was comfy and cozy. Quiet, private, walking distance to everything even the riverfront. Great restaurants, bookstores, SCAD museum, scenery. Our favorite spot was Gallery Espresso coffee shop with it's toasy fireplaces, delicious offerings and music along with local art and the kindest employees.

Clean, spacious, but needs attention.
Property is spacious for the size, larger than looks in pictures with plenty of closet & storage space. Comfortable bed. Location is also good, away from high traffic area, but still plenty of places to walk to. The unit was clean, but could definitely use some attention. Splatters on walls in bathroom and kitchen, no drinking glasses, coffee mug that wasn't clean, old sponges & towel to use in kitchen and the faucet doesn't function well. The wifi was extremely slow - one bar of reception most if the time. Bathroom fan needs cleaning or replacing. Also, parking in front could only be paid for by an hour at a time. Free parking 3 blocks away, but hard to find space. These are all minor items, but would greatly improve the space.

Small but very functional
I loved the area this apartment is in. Quiet neighborhood where you can hear the soft sounds of church bells. Close to everthing. We felt like it was an easy walk to River Road. A heavily shaded park is less than a block away. The apartment was small but lots of storage. Parking rules seemed to change and the parking app is really not feasible in the area around the apartment. You don't have to pay to park at night. On the first day we paid on app. It would only let you do an hour at a time. I recommend getting a parking pass from the Savannah Mobility and Parking services. (No southern charm in that office) located on East Bryan Street.

Excellent location to everything Savannah
It was a perfect apartment for my stay. We’ll stock with everything you could want. Arrived and the room had yet to be cleaned. Called the office and on 10minutes someone arrived to clean the apartment to perfection. Impressed with the responsiveness and the professionalism of the staff and cleaning crew. Would stay with this company again.

NOT My Favorite Rental
While the property was cute, it had several issues. The vents were full of lint, there were cobwebs in the bathroom, the 2 dining chairs were so wobbly we were afraid to sit in them, the courtyard could have used a good power wash and the toilet had to plunged several times in the 2 days we were there.

We loved this property. The location was great and we felt like we were really immersed in Savannah. We had difficulty with the WiFi at first (our phones did not work well here) and the hosts were helpful with getting us connected. We loved being right next door to the bookstore. Quiet Stay in Savannah
