The unit is close to the community pools, but not directly facing them, so you have minimal foot traffic and privacy while enjoying your vacation. The comfortable living space is open to the breakfast bar and galley kitchen plus a propane BBQ for grilling! The second bedroom has a built-in desk for telework/telestudy! As Professional Hosts we operate differently than an independent Vacation Rental "Host". We have a team that will assist with your visit to the property: \- Our VACATION SPECIALISTS can assist with transportation, tours, boat trips, in-property services like chefs and spa services, as well as area information. \- One of our HOUSE MANAGERS will be your point of contact for any questions you have related to the property before and during your stay. Location was close to most things, restaurants and grocery (mini mart). Shaded patio was great, too bad lights come on with fan as not always needed. Beds were rock hard and difficult to sleep on. Wife made a cushion of duvets and made it bearable. I slept on couch for 3 weeks. Kitchen stools were a joke and made for an 8 year old. Could not use. Shower drains are very small and might need cleaned as it took 10 minutes to drain after a shower. Service by Rich Coast was excellent from shuttles to looking after small issues.
