« We loved our overnight stay at this property in Capitola the terraced area was fantastic where we watched the most amazing sunset. We also got to see our first hummingbird whilst sitting on the terrace which was just magical. We visited Shadowbrook for dinner and UCSC Arboretum and Botannical gardens which were superb! »

« The house was perfect for our needs. We were in the area for my mother-in-law's funeral. We had two family members staying with us, and we had other family members gather with us in the evenings, which provided the opportunity to reconnect and begin the healing process. It was comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom home. We also appreciated the laundry room, so we could come home with clean clothes. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Thanks for everything! »

« This is a cute little two room cabin, set amidst several beautiful small garden areas. Although over all on the small side, the rooms were completely adequate in space to effortlessly move around. Owners were there part of the time and were very helpful. Sitting in the garden with a champagne breakfast was heavenly. »

« She was so amazing! We were there for a race of mine and had forgotten some things and she was so quick to offer help. It was so sweet and helped reduce my stress so I could focus on the race. Perfect location and space. So cute and comfy bed, which was much needed! I could go on but I think I’ve made my point. If I come back to do this race again, I will definitely want to stay here. »

« This was our second time staying. Everything is perfect on site and as described in the listing. Comfortable, well appointed, clean, and great location. The fact that it was pet friendly made all the difference this trip, as we had to travel with our pooch. It's not often that I rave about places or recommend them to friends, as I'm super picky. But this place is worth the money. :) »

« Thank you again Josh for your hospitality. We spent 5 memorable days at your Santa Cruz home. The amenities were excellent including towels, beds, and beach equipment. Every morning and evening walks to the beach we'll miss the most. BBQ and kitchen are top notch as we had all our meals there. Definitely a 10-star experience and we hope to return some day. Cordial neighbors too. »

« Nicely updated and decently stocked rental. Amazing views of the beach and literally just steps from the beach. The deck is optimized for the beautiful views with adirondack chairs, a table with umbrella and recliners.The cottage is clean and with 2 parking spots in the alley behind. Only nit are the beds are older and could use updating, but everything else about the rental was great. The host was also very communicative and responsive when we had some questions or issues. »

« Every thing you need and more. Not missing anything. Hosts are quick to answer and have wonderful happy friendly dogs. Easy to find and plenty of parking if driving. Home is perfectly furnished and plenty of yard seating areas was gas fire pit. We had a great stay and would not hesitate to rebook if in area again. »
