It rained and was windy during part of my stay and the hotel had very sturdy umbrellas available for guests. Very convenient as I did not need to purchase one for my stay. The hotel staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. They went above and beyond assisting me when the elevator was not working to bring me up to my floor after using the spa amenities. They updated my keys, tested them, and brought them directly to my room. It was very much appreciated! They were also able to store my luggage before and after check in, allowing me to take full advantage of exploring the beautiful city.
