Newly constructed building, safe and quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 min from the center of the city, 20 mins from Boca Chica beach, 15 mins from the colonial zone and restaurants, 2 mins away from Olé - department store with hardware, supermarket, clothing, and much more for all your basic shopping needs.
You will love the convenience and coziness of my apt to relax after a beach day or busy day in the city. Water and electric 24/7. Air conditioner in the main bedroom, fans in every room and an extra portable fan for your convenience. You will have access to the entire apartment, balcony, and parking spot. I am available for questions anytime, through text, email and phone. I will help you with anything I can. We also have a co-host locally that can assist you if anything arises during your stay. If you are not renting a car or have a private car available the best way to get around is Uber, taxi, or public transportation called La Omsa which will take you to the center of the city.
