"This beautiful little house is exactly as pictured. The furnishings are gorgeous and comfortable. The outdoor dining area & grill were perfect for eating in after a few great restaurant meals. Wine tasting is just down road. While tasting, enjoy a picnic from Los Olivos Grocery. Looking forward to returning!"

"This was a first for us, to stay on a farm. We always go to the coast. What a fabulous change of pace! The farmhouse is charming and very comfortable. It is so much fun feeding the chickens, geese, and turkeys that roam all around freely. And the African tortoise is huge. Kris, the host is wonderful and friendly. Will we stay here again? In a heartbeat. And we will recommend this wonderful home to our friends."

"The Retreat was exactly as pictured/described and was the perfect accommodations for our weekend girls trip. We came up to Los Olivos via LAX, traveling from the east coast. "This is the best short term rental that we have stayed in yet! Very relaxing Santa Ynez ranch location, quiet and peaceful! The hosts were wonderful to work with and attentive to our stay. Enjoyed watching the local farmers tend the vineyards right outside the doors of "The Cottage", watching the ducks swim around the pond, and friendly greetings from the owners dogs. The place was exceptionally clean and the furnishings comfortable. Perfect getaway place from the hustle and bustle of the city."

"We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful property! This location has everything you need for a perfect getaway. Well appointed cottage with all of the amenities, ten minutes to fantastic restaurants and a short drive to the beach. The owners are lovely and attentive to every detail.
