The living/Dining room is decorated with prints from Alphonse Mucha who was a prolific artist in the late 1800’s early 1900’s, the time when this part of Santa Rosa was established. PET POLICY
We only allow 1 pet, not weighing more than 55 lbs each.
Guests must not leave their pet in the property when they are away for more than 2 hours.
Please ensure pet do not cause a nuisance to neighbours. This includes excessive noise. Dog must be kept under control and on a leash in public places, communal areas and walkways.

PET DEPOSIT
There is a $200 pet deposit. Any damages will be assessed and become the responsibility of the pet owner.
