Highland Parks of Blue Mountain Beach is a new upscale resort community located among the highest elevations along 30A. The home also sits next to Point Washington State Park and its meandering nature trails, with beach access just one mile from the front door!


 


STEPS from the home lies the stunning community pool, which offers a collection of covered and uncovered seating areas, an outdoor kitchen, outdoor TV, waterfalls into the pool, a hot tub and a fire pit. The community pool area also has a four-story observation tower from which you can enjoy dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding Blue Mountain Beach. A pleasant mile walk from the home will get your toes in the sand.


 


Hardwood floors, granite counter-tops, shiplap walls, and simple coastal decor are just a few of the features that make this home worthwhile escape. The living room offers comfy, premium furnishings while the dining area offers seating for 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Two sizable, covered porches enhance the living spaces of the main home while the carriage home also includes a private covered balcony. The main home features a reverse plan with 2 King Master Suites on the main level along, with a welcoming foyer leading to a back patio and spacious courtyard with plenty of outdoor seating and a propane (provided) grill, perfect for the whole family to unwind and enjoy the Florida sun!


 


Ascending the wooden staircase you'll find an open living and dining area with soaring tongue and groove ceilings, abundant natural light and coastal contemporary ambience. The fully appointed kitchen offers plenty of cooking space with quartz countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances, and white cabinetry, perfect for the most discriminating home chef. Just because you are on vacation, doesn't mean that you have to skip family dinner! Alternatively, check out the plethora of dining & entertainment options along 30A & Blue Mountain Beach!


 


On the third floor, you'll find a large bedroom with built-in Twin beds & pullout Queen Sleeper Sofa. This is the perfect place for the Kids to hang out! The carriage home provides a lovely space for additional guests, with full kitchen, separate living room (with another pullout Queen sleeper sofa), Queen Guest Room, and full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Perfect vacation home
We had the perfect family beach vacation! What a beautiful home! Our time here was awesome. The house was big enough that we never felt crowded and the guest house gave us extra room and privacy. The golf cart made going back-and-forth to the beach so easy and the bikes were a fun feature- we enjoyed evening bike rides. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook for the family in the home is close enough to shops and restaurants That we could walk ride the bikes or take the golf cart anywhere we needed to go. We will definitely stay here again.
