The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Very clean and spacious for all ages. Near many restaurants, entertainment that includes Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Wild rivers, and beautiful OC beaches. Can’t miss opportunity to stay at a home away from home get away.

No smoking allowed inside the premises.
Pets are welcomed but needs to pick after them. Any additional charges for cleaning will be charged.

Ask about car rental too if needed.

Clean
Most importantly the place was clean when we arrived. In a quiet neighborhood - (except for a barking dog, one evening). One thing to note - there is no oven here. Didn't really matter to us but might to someone else. There is a nice cooktop, microwave, Keurig, etc. The outside space is not too much to look at and it was too warm for us to sit outside. Inside is nice if not a little sparse and echo-y. I liked the center island. The only negative was there were towels left in the machines when we went to do a load of laundry. I can understand if there were towels left in the dryer when the cleaning crew left, but there were wet towels in the washer. Assuming that didn't happen next time, I would stay here again.

It is a nice house in a nice location
It was close to the beaches and Disneyland. We loved all of the parks in the area. It was close and easy to access the freeway. I didn’t think it was very clean, and the listing said it had an oven but it did not. Those were my only two concerns.

The house was beautiful, it was cozy and we loved the neighborhood. The yard was amazing for my dog! The only down side, the floors were dirty, and the sheets looked used we had to wash them our selves , other than that we had a great stay!

Exactly what we were looking for!
This property was exactly what we were looking for - it checked all the boxes! Myself, my partner, and a couple friends of ours are all corporate 9-5er’s. We were looking for a California getaway last minute. Quan, the property manager, made that process incredibly smooth in terms of both check in and communicating need to know information. This property was centrally located, not to mention incredibly spacious and clean. The provided towels, updated appliances, and quality finishes added a nice high end hotel feeling to the whole experience. One thing my partner especially enjoyed was that the property had a garage where we could park our car safely and not on the street. Overall, a 10/10 experience that I would easily recommend to my family and friends.

It was alright
The house was dirty, the dishes were dirty, not enough supplies for 7 days for a family of 7 it was “fumigated” but found 8 cockroaches the house smelled like mildew with a scent of cigarettes. Over all the experience made us feel uncomfortable though it was a nice neighborhood and we did have good communication. This house was not worth the stay me and my family felt like the house wasn’t what was promised.
