"We have stayed at the Desert Palms twice now to visit Disneyland. What a great location, 15 min walk to the park and no crossing the street with littles! It's as a close as you can get to staying on Disney property without the $$$$. Staff was very helpful and accommodating of our needs and requests. Check in/out was easy and smooth. Clean facilities, comfy beds, and very good selection at breakfast. My kids love the kids TV lounge off the lobby and the pool is conveniently located off the lobby as well. Desert Palms is top of the list for us when visiting Disneyland!"

"Second time staying here and it ’s a great place to stay if you're visiting Disneyland and willing to uber to the parks. Really nice rooms, bed was great, and nice towels, staff were really helpful as well."

"It’s a place to stay that’s close to the park. It’s a 15-20 minute walk but it’s lit up and pretty safe even after the park closes. It’s a budget friendly option that gives you a room with a bed. Bring you own hair dryer if you need one."

"We had a wonderful stay at the property! It’s so peaceful there with all the courtyards and pools. Our room had so much space and everything we needed. I was so impressed by housekeeping staff. So often, you don’t get a cleaning in hotels. We had wonderful service every day we were there, even when we got a late start! The front desk were so kind and accommodating to all of our needs. We loved having a restaurant and bar on site as well. Beds were comfortable. Pool was well cared for. Really, I can’t think of one negative to this great little property!!"

"Hotel was very clean and cute inside. Staff needs some training on greeting customers and making guests feel welcomed. Young lady up front barely cracked a smile and provided minimal direction on anything. Sounded like she was a robot or reading a prompt. Not the friendliest."
