We have only positive feedback to give: excellent cleanliness, a very good breakfast, and a central location close to both the center of Chiusa and the train station. « Le séjour s’est très bien passé, la chambre propre agréable, le spa génial Des points négatifs notables sur l’expérience : le petit déjeuner: le café est à revoir, du jus de chaussette alors que nous sommes en Italie… quel dommage. Personne ne nous a présenté ce qu’il y avait à manger en plus du buffet. La qualité du service ne reflète pas la qualité de l’hôtel et du spa. Le dîner possible est uniquement entre 18h30 et 19h30… des horaires très restreint surtout quand les spa ferme à 19h....
