Just a seven-minute walk from the Sant Feliu de Guíxols promenade, this cosy apartment is the ideal choice for those seeking comfort and tranquillity on the Costa Brava. Designed to accommodate up to four people, it has three perfectly equipped bedrooms: two with single beds and one with a large double bed, offering a restful sleep away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre.  
  
The apartment has a spacious living-dining room with an integrated kitchen, creating a functional and cosy atmosphere. The room has air conditioning, ensuring comfort even on the hottest summer days. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, crockery, cutlery and all the necessary kitchenware, including pots and pans, so that nothing is missing during your stay.  
  
The location is unbeatable. Located in a small residential building, the apartment is on the ground floor, although to access it you have to climb some steps at the entrance. All the accommodation is distributed on one floor, guaranteeing comfort and accessibility.
