Situated on a spacious lot on a secluded culdesac so close to the beach that you can hear the waves. With 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests can relax in comfort. Enjoy the serene atmosphere. This 2024 RENOVATED HOME boasts a BOHO Chic interior design and was completely remodeled down to the studs in 2024 featuring all new cabinetry, brand new appliances, new quartz countertops, as well as wood inspired floors throughout. All bathrooms feature designer tile, new showers and all new designer plumbing fixtures. Perfect home layout featuring a primary bedroom suite, two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a separate vanity and another half bathroom that serves as a cabana bathroom for easy access when using the restroom from the pool.
