Villaggio Capistrano is a resort comprising 52 apartments spread across two floors. It boasts a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a children's pool, an outdoor shower, and internet WiFi (additional fee). The property also features a yard with plants and trees, offering a serene environment for your holiday rental. Parking facilities and an installment plan payment option are available.

The resort offers a seasonal swimming pool (15 x 8 meters) available from May 15th to September 15th, along with a dedicated children's pool. Guests can enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower and bask in the lush surroundings of the property's plants and trees.  
  
Other Information  
The resort provides various services and facilities to enhance your stay. WiFi is available for an additional fee. Bicycle rental is offered on-site for exploring the area. A supermarket is conveniently located 300 meters away, and a restaurant can be found within 700 meters. The owner does not accept group bookings. During the summer season, a beach service is included, offering one parasol and two deck chairs per apartment. The resort is conveniently located 1.3 kilometers from the sandy beach and 1.8 kilometers from the Bibione Thermae thermal baths. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy an 18-hole golf course within 11 kilometers of the property. The nearest railway station, Latisana (Milano-Venezia-Triest), is 21 kilometers away.

The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette located in the entrance area. It is furnished with a gas stove (4 gas rings), a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have the necessary appliances for preparing meals during your stay. Furthermore, the unit is equipped with air-conditioning and forced-air heating, although heating may not be available in all rooms. Other amenities include a safe, a children's high chair, and a baby cot, making it a convenient choice for families traveling with young children. Pets are also welcome, with one pet or dog allowed on the premises. The unit features a balcony with furniture, providing an outdoor space to relax and enjoy the fresh air.
