Group trip

Perfect for a large size group. Gated community. Close to old San Juan. Parking is easy. Very clean and beautiful home. Showers were great regarding temp and pressure. Only thing is each AC unit in the rooms cannot be adjusted so at night it would get very warm. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Spacious Property - With Great Gathering Space

We enjoyed the adequate number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The dining room table and sectional couch allowed for great gathering space each evening. A few tweaks are needed to make it a five star review. Water temperature in all showers could not be regulated to a constant temp with excessive time needed for warm water. More comfortable poolside furniture would be a plus. A toaster would be a great.addition in the kitchen. Overall, the positives of the space offset the negatives.

Very close to beach, pool and rooftop deck were lovely. Location and security were great. Cons - there was a sofa bed but we were unable to use it as the owner would not provide sheets since it was not a “listed” bed! The mattress was quite gross anyways and should be replaced. The unit could use additional fans in the bedrooms as it gets very stuffy! Lastly, the kitchen is not really well equipped….there were only 9 forks for a house that sleeps 14. No baking sheets, broken coffee pot. Minimal serving bowls or dishes. Rectify these issues and this house would be a solid 5!
