THE LOCATION:
The property is setting close to the famous Pieve di Santa Maria Assunta a Cellole which is also Known as Monastery of Bose. Our Villa is the biggest one of a really small Hamlet composed of few small classic Tuscan houses along the ancient Francigena Pilgrimage Route, precisely between Certaldo (about 6 Km) and San Gimignano (3,5 Km)! The Countryside here is characterized by Vineyards, Olive grooves and from the Panoramic Garden of our property you have an amazing view above the Chianti Hills and the small medieval village of Certaldo Alto. A Big Gate it's the entrance of our Ground where the property it's setting!
YOUR APARTMENT:
The Apartment has a private exclusive alfresco area arranged with big table and chairs just in front of the door of the Kitchen of your apartment. Here in the Nearby you'll find also a BBQ at your complete disposal.
The apartment has also another big Door in the LivingRoom which faced directly on the big Ground of the property with View on the Pool area!

- A WASHING MACHINE at your disposal just next to your apartment, under a stone outdoor staircase. You'll find wires to dry your clothes on the big Panoramic terrace in the Ground of the Property.
- Tennis Court at your disposal in the big Ground of the property. Accessible by a path behind the pool area. Consider that it's not a professional Tennis Court but it could be funny to have some small matches there.
The POOL AREA AND the BIG Ground:
The Pool area is amazing and equipped with Sun Umbrellas, Sun beds and also here you'll find a Gazebo area with tables and chairs.
For an highest Level of Safety, especially in case of Children, the Pool area can be easily closed by a small gate and fence that divide it by the rest of the ground.
The Ground is amazing, full of colored Flowers and Gazebos at your disposal.
