Also I’ve never stayed in a 5\* where you pay extra (we were HB) at breakfast for fresh orange and hot choc. As for the rooms, they are very small, but the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are very small, the bathrooms so small that you can’t turn on the shower without getting frozen by the cold water before the warm comes. Nescafe instant coffee in the room instead of a Nespresso machine. At breakfast if you want fresh juice you need to pay extra. The half board dinner choices are a joke. The same menu with limited choices every day. The view from the room was of trash cans in an alley. Their ski lodge toilets were beyond disgusting without toilet paper. The spa needs a major upgrade. Slimy floors in the steam room. And on top if this the price they charge is totally ridiculous.
