Large condo steps to beach! 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Ocean Court Condo with 360 degree view from its roof top deck and a relaxing ground floor private patio area. After a day of sitting on the beach, surfing, walking or riding bikes on the boardwalk take advantage of the large roof top patio that has a full 360 degree view of the Mission Beach & Bay areas and provides a relaxing setting for watching the evening fireworks at Sea World. Inside the condo is a living room with French Doors that open onto a large ground level private patio with a barbecue and gas fire place to compliment the patio furniture and eating bar area. The second floor of this luxurious condo includes an expansive master suite with a TV and a private deck with ocean view and 1 queen bed. A second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom with two twin/full bunk beds. Along with a double sofa sleeper in the living area provide comfortable accommodations. This unit has 3 full bathrooms and is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen that features stainless steel appliances, cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and dining area that create an inviting cooking and entertaining ambiance. Added amenities include brushed nickel fixtures and Travertine floors throughout to compliment the contemporary features, a walk in closet in the master bedroom and plenty of closet space in the other two bedrooms, your own full sized front loading washer/dryer, wireless internet access. There is an attached garage for 2 cars with an additional spot parallel to the garage. W 15.25 ft L 20.5 ft H 7 ft San Diego Sunset does not guarantee your vehicle will be able to fit in the parking space provided, nor are we able to provide additional parking if the assigned parking is too small. The condo is walking distance to the Ocean and Bay, shops, restaurants, the famous Belmont Park and its historic roller coaster and is located just steps from the beach. It is located 4 miles to Sea World and 10 miles to the San Diego Zoo.
