We had an issue with our first room and the staff were very quick to respond and offer an upgraded solution. Close to really nice restaurants, the train station and car facilities. "Absolutely perfect in every way, check in was Swift and friendly. The room was amazing, very luxurious and all the staff were magnificent. We travelled with our two boys, 9 and 11, and they made us all feel so welcome. So many extra special touches, chocolates in the room, free mini bar. We had dinner in the Imlauer sky bar which was also 5 star. We did not want to leave!"

"We enjoyed our stay. Room was generously sized, even by US standards. Super quiet and cozy. Loved the welcome gift of fresh fruit (our GI system thanks you) and two complimentary bottles of water in our room. Bathtub was a good size, however shower was very tiny (even by European standards). Bathroom overall was very big and had plenty of room for two of us to get ready at the same time. Loved having the double sinks in the bathroom. Also want to mention a particularly kind bellhop/luggage attendant who kindly took our suitcases down the staircase to the curb for us this afternoon as we left the hotel around 2pm. Didn’t catch his name but give that man a raise, y’all! :)"

"The view from balcony is soOOO beautiful! Hotel is very kind to accept my request to upgrade the room to Superior Double Room with a lake view. Yes! It's worth the upgrade. Would recommend to stay in the main building. The free sauna is a great activity and we really enjoyed it at the end of the day. The reception guy (I think his name is Simon?) was super helpful and responsive on all our requests. Totally recommend to stay in this hotel!"
