« Dès la réception ce fut une catastrophe. Aucune aide pour le transport des bagages dans cet hôtel soit disant 4 étoiles. Le réceptionniste me demande de choisir l’heure du petit déjeuner avec 2 créneaux horaires 7h-8h ou 8h-9h je lui indique 8h-9h et là il me dit que ce n’est pas possible. ????. Il m’annonce que la wifi ne fonctionne pas à l’hôtel et il me demande de payer ma chambre alors que j’ai déjà payé en ligne. Aucune attention aux clients et pas capable de lire correctement la fiche...

« The room was tiny but comfy. I couldn't sleep the first night due to a water-leak sound from the AC, but they were happy to switch my room the next day, which was great. The desk was small, but the tub was big enough to relax in. I didn't get the breakfast buffet as the photos didn't look appetizing and it felt a bit expensive. Plus, waffles for breakfast aren't really my thing—a bit too unhealthy for me. Loved the free coffee anytime! The staff were all very nice. The washer and dryer were...
