I had spoken to two staff; one in the restaurant and one at the front desk who both confirmed the breakfast was complimentary. Needless to say, toast and eggs do not meet the expectations of the cost."

What we feel needs to improve is: there was an ironing board and iron but no hair blower : the bed nearest the window was squeaky whenever the person using it moved :this morning the lids for the cups in the dining area would not fit on the cups Thank you"
