"Lovely home in neighborhood close to all shopping. This property has 4 complete bedrooms which includes one in the basement. There is a double futon as well in the dining room, but not a 5th bedroom. The home has been recently renovated and a game room is under construction. Kitchen is sparsely equipped if you are planning to cook family meals. The hot tub in the patio picture is not functional and it is not listed as an amenity but the picture is a little misleading.
