The day of check in, we reached out to the property manager for access instructions and were totally ghosted. Stranded in a busy city in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, despite having confirmation and paying.I received no response until I asked for a refund. I was assured that VRBO would refund the money, but have received no further response to inquiries from the property manager...

« Perfect condo for our 4-night stay to see the Canadian GP. Drove 20 minutes to metro station in Agrignon where they have a large parking lot, then took metro downtown. Condo is large with full kitchen, dining, living, and washer/dryer. Quiet neighborhood. Well built, can't hear others in townhouse. Will definitely stay again. »

« It's a decent property in a nice location. However, it felt like no one had done a deep clean in a while; nonetheless, the place was pretty tidy. The biggest issue for us was the parking garage. It is TINY and VERY hidden/narrow while getting in! Luckily, my car was small enough to fit (I have a VW Golf), but that isn't to say my spatial awareness wasn't tested (8-point turn just to get in!).
