Hello, we are centrally located on the border of Roseville & Citrus Heights. FREE BREAKFAST!! 🍳
We are just 5 minuets from highway 80 & less than 10 from highway 50.
A short 15 minute drive to Top Golf, 20 minutes from Thunder Valley Resort & Casino, and 25 minutes from Old Sacramento.

Kitchen boast all new appliances and quartz countertops. Kitchen is equipped with cooking essentials, pots, pans, cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls. Kitchen also has a Keurig machine for your convenience.
Living room is very spacious with huge sliding door that over looks the fire pit and seating area in the backyard. Backyard is fully fenced for security and safety.
Half bath off of living room.
Two of the three bedrooms have one queen bed. The last bedroom has 2 queen beds.
Full bath in hall has quartz countertops new toilet and shower bath combo. Towels and some toiletries are provided.

As accommodating hosts we do offer a early check in of 2-3 hours for $75 towards the 2nd cleaner. We don't make a profit from this and only offer it at this rate.
This home does fall within city limits and quite hour's of the city are 10pm-7am
we ask you to please respect city ordinance and well as our neighbors.

We only stayed a single night, but everything was clean, modern, efficient and easy. There's plenty of room for a group of friends or family to enjoy each other's company in the living room or around the backyard fire pit. Bathroom and beddings were all absolutely clean and comfortable. Though we didn't get a chance to use it, the kitchen, too, was nicely kitted out for everyday cooking. Would stay there again if I was in the area with a bunch of family.

My family and I stayed the weekend for a high school graduation. The host was great and very attentive. The house was perfect for our size family as well as working during the evenings. The beds were very comfortable. The only thing that would have made the stay better was an additional couch in the living room for our family size to watch tv together comfortably.
